To end the night on a humorous note, i had this conversation while walking through Place de la Bastille on my way home:

Obvious Tourist: [saying something incomprehensible...]
Me: Excuse me?
Tourist: Oh, can you tell me where the Bastille is?
Me: Um, this is Place de la Bastille…
Tourist: But where’s the Bastille?
Me: Well, it used to be [...]

so i went out on a limb and answered a CL ad in Paris. she was nice, but I was 10 minutes late (computer crashed while i was in the middle of doing work, i stressed a bit). still, my biggest hatred is having to wait around with nothing to do, exposed to the world, [...]

are you supposed to peel them before you freeze them? if not, how do you get the skin off? I just used a knife, i guess it wasn’t too hard, but kind of messy and ended up slicking the banana first.
er, slicing that is.
