Our last day in Toronto... All packed up and ready to go home to Cambridge. This morning I mostly slept through Palimpsest, a detective film with an unsatisfyingly typical twist. been done too many times. This afternoon was a bit better with Retrieval, about a young guy who gets work with the Polish mafia, loses his ukrainian girlfriend, and nearly loses his life, though the ending is lacking any sort of conclusion.

All in all, an interesting festival. I love Toronto. It’s a little weird to be flying a commercial flight again after being spoiled on two completely no-hassle charter flights.
