Mix together in a big bowl

1 c. flour
1/3 c. each buckwheat flour, semolina, masa harina
1/4 c. malted milk powder
1 T. baking powder

Warm separately:

1/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. milk

Mix together with 2 beaten eggs, then mix into the dry ingredients.

Throw in some fruit — usually i have frozen blueberries, but today it was frozen cherries.
