And given the fact you can’t even remove the battery, if you ever travel out of the US and take your phone (thinking you might want to make a call from the airport maybe when you get back or just before you leave?) you are screwed! And to think, Cisco jumped on me for a high cell phone bill (> $600 — ranking me 24th out of the entire company) this summer! Actually, I was good this time in Italy, the excessive charges were from work calls with Australia back in April, but AT&T very lamely only posts the bills to Cisco a few months later. And I can’t get my call details online anymore if I’m on the corporate plan. I hate AT&T, but the others aren’t any better… .
