Crust
1/4 cup teff flour
1/4 cup whey or soy protein powder
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup almond meal

Stir in:
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda
1/3 teaspoon baking powder

Cut in:
2 T butter
2 T coconut oil

And combine with:
1 T maple syrup
1 T pear cider

Topping
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup spelt flour
Allspice & Ginger to taste
4 T Butter
1/4 cup sliced almonds
